For more than three decades I have worked in the fields of fitness, health optimization, natural medicine, education, and human performance. Throughout that time I have worked with thousands of individuals and have been recognized as a canfitpro Three-Time Pro Trainer of the Year and canfitpro Presenter of the Year (2019).

Over the years, I’ve found that people rarely suffer from a lack of information. More often, they suffer from a lack of clarity. They have seen multiple practitioners, completed numerous tests, and received countless recommendations, yet they still don’t understand how everything fits together.

One of my primary roles is to help organize that information into a meaningful picture so that decisions can be made with greater confidence and direction.

People do not come to me simply for a test or a supplement recommendation. They come for perspective, pattern recognition, guidance, and a structured process designed to help them better understand their health.

The Philosophy Behind the Program

Many people arrive at this program with folders full of tests and reports. They have information, but they still do not have answers.
Information alone is not enough. The real value comes from understanding what it means and deciding what to do with it.

I believe we are more than physical bodies. Thoughts, emotions, stress, relationships, environment, perception, and consciousness all influence health and well-being. The objective is to understand the person as a whole and identify the patterns influencing health, adaptation, and resilience.

The Six-Month Health Optimization Program

The program is structured over six months to allow time for assessment, implementation, observation, and refinement.

  • Three comprehensive BioScan MSA assessments performed remotely using a hair sample.
  • One to three guided liver and gallbladder flushes when appropriate.
  • Direct WhatsApp communication and ongoing support.
  • Personalized protocols adjusted throughout the program.
  • Guidance regarding nutrition, hydration, sleep, movement, stress, and lifestyle factors.
  • Ongoing interpretation of findings and response patterns.


The Personalized Protocol Process
A typical protocol consists of approximately six to eight remedies selected to work together as a coordinated system. Protocols generally remain in place for approximately five to eight weeks before reassessment.

This is not about throwing supplements at a problem. It is about creating a thoughtful and personalized strategy based on the needs of the individual at that particular stage of their journey.

What Is Assessed?

The assessment system contains hundreds of potential evaluation points and may include:

Organ and System Assessment
Brain, nervous system, endocrine glands, cardiovascular system, digestive system, lymphatic system, liver, gallbladder, kidneys, reproductive organs, connective tissue, cellular metabolism, methylation pathways, and additional physiological systems.

Endocrine and Hormonal Assessment
HPA-axis function, ACTH, adrenaline, aldosterone, vasopressin, DHEA, thyroid pathways, and hormonal regulation patterns.

Environmental Stressor Assessment
Heavy metals, environmental chemicals, herbicides, pesticides, glyphosate,  xenoestrogens, geopathic stress patterns, and related influences.

Biological Challenge Assessment
Bacterial, viral, fungal, candida, parasite, mold, mycotoxin, mycoplasma, biofilm, oral, periodontal, zoonotic, and Lyme-related patterns.

Food Sensitivity Assessment
Assessment of hundreds of foods and dietary factors including gluten, wheat lectins, dairy, lactose-related patterns, and other food reactivity patterns.
